At Timpano Percussion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
